Not dental or medical advice

Everything on this site is general information about dental care and our practice. It is not a diagnosis, not a substitute for an examination, and not individual dental or medical advice. Every patient is different, and treatment results vary.

Using this website, booking online, or contacting us by phone, text, or email does not by itself create a dentist–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are seen and accepted as a patient at our office.

Emergencies

Do not use this website, email, or text messages for an emergency. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. For an urgent dental problem, call our office at (480) 753-1111.

Contacting us electronically

Regular email and text messages are not secure. Please don't send detailed health information, insurance ID numbers, or payment details that way. Use our secure patient forms, or call the office.

Appointments

An online booking request is not a confirmed appointment until our office confirms it with you. Office hours, accepted insurance plans, fees, and financing options can change, so please confirm the details with us before your visit.

Photos and reviews

Some photos on this site are stock photography used for illustration and do not show our actual patients or their results. Patient reviews reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of any particular outcome.

Third-party services and links

Online scheduling, patient forms, and bill payment are provided by our practice-management partner, and the office map uses OpenStreetMap data. Links to other sites, including social media and review sites, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of sites we don't operate.

Content ownership

The text, design, logos, and original photos on this site belong to AZ Family Dentistry or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy or republish them without our written permission.

No warranties; limitation of liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content.
