Our commitment

AZ Family Dentistry wants everyone to be able to learn about our practice, find our office, and reach us — including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we do

The site can be used with a keyboard alone, and a “Skip to main content” link appears on the first press of Tab.

Animations and smooth scrolling turn off when your device is set to reduce motion.

Images carry text descriptions, and purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.

Pop-up windows keep keyboard focus inside them, close with the Escape key, and return focus to where you were.

The site follows your device's light or dark setting, and text is sized to stay readable when zoomed.

Known limitations

The interactive office map is a visual aid. Our full address, phone number, and turn-by-turn directions links are always available as text alongside it.

Online scheduling, patient forms, and bill payment are provided by a third-party service whose pages we don't control. If any of them are hard to use, call us and we'll help you directly.

Help at the office

Our team includes staff who speak Spanish and Vietnamese, and staff with basic American Sign Language. If you need an accommodation for your visit, let us know when you book and we'll do our best to arrange it.
